陈怡平,男,1968年8月生,陕西人,中国科学院地球环境研究所研究员、博士生导师,科技外事处常务副处长。2001年获西北师范大学生命科学学院植物学硕士学位。陕西省“新世纪三五人才”入选者,中国生态学会中药资源生态专业委员会委员,中国生态学会青年生态学工作委员会委员,《International Journal of Plant Physiology and Biochemistry》、《生态毒理学报》、《地球环境学报》、《激光技术》编委。目前以第一作者在Planta,Ecotoxicology, Environment Science & Pollution Research,Photochemistry and Photobiology,Journal of Plant Growth Regulation等国际SCI期刊期刊上发表研究论文10余篇,在国内期刊上发表研究论文30余篇,以第一完成人获陕西省科学技术奖二等奖1项。
