张遵义,男,1957年生,甘肃兰州人,博士,美国罗切斯特大学医学院转基因及基因打靶中心技术主任,20101月正式加盟杭州师范大学,杭州市第一批全球引才“521”计划,博士生导师。主要从事动物器官发育,首次发现遗传信号通路间的拮抗作用与哺乳动物形成特有的单排牙的齿列有关。这项结果不仅对牙发育机理的研究而且对牙的再生研究也有广泛的参考意义,主要结果2009年发表在Science上。

课题组主要研究:
遗传信号网络在哺乳动物头面部器官发生中的作用,主要集中在阐明不同的基因信号及通路如何调控小鼠上腭和牙齿发育及齿列模式形成的分子机理。其中有些研究取得了突破性的进展,得到了学术界同行的肯定。分别在ScienceDevelopmentDev BioMech Dev等高水平刊物上发表论文近20篇。主要研究成果有:(1)哺乳动物上腭的正常发育依赖于胚胎口腔上皮与神经嵴来源的间质之间的相互作用,在分子水平由生长因子及其受体与转录因子组成的信号通路所控制。(2)小鼠牙齿发育中齿间质表现了发育的独特性。(3)哺乳动物有单排牙齿的齿列,而许多非哺乳动物有多排牙的齿列。
